Equality between men and women is an objective that many areas are trying to achieve.
The business and work world cannot remain oblivious to this achievement.
We propose a simple, fun tool so that from masculinized templates, or working men, they reflect on what behaviors, actions or procedures can prevent women in the workplace from developing, expressing or performing.From the Cepaim Foundation we launch the campaign Practice equality, make a difference in order to achieve gender equality, placing special emphasis on companies and professional environments.For them, we make this app available that, through two experiences and a few questions, will make us reflect on daily and incorporated behaviors, actions and procedures that must be deconstructed if we want to achieve equality between men and women.We propose that through this game, men reflect on their privileges and ways of occupying the workplace.This app is part of a broader campaign to which we encourage you to join through the website:This campaign, in turn, is part of the +ADELANTE operational program financed by the European Social Fund and co-financed by the Ministry of Social Rights and the 2030 agenda.
